Booking Information

 You can fill out the booking request form on our website or call or email us directly through the Contact page. Once we receive your request, we’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm availability and discuss event details. 

 We minister at a variety of events including church services, revivals, homecomings, gospel concerts, festivals, fundraisers, and community events. We’re also available for special programs such as women’s or men’s conferences, youth nights, and outreach events.

 We recommend booking as early as possible. Our schedule fills up quickly—especially for weekends and holidays. We are currently booking for the 2026 season, so early reservations are encouraged. 

We operate on a love offering or honorarium basis. However, we do ask that travel expenses (fuel/lodging if applicable) be covered. Our goal is to make ministry possible for every church, regardless of size. 

Yes! We usually set up a small merchandise and ministry table with music, apparel, devotionals, and other encouraging materials. This helps support our ministry and outreach efforts. 

Absolutely! We love community events and outdoor gatherings. Please let us know if sound or electrical access is limited so we can plan accordingly. 

Yes, depending on our schedule and travel distance. Most of our bookings are on weekends, but we try to accommodate weekday revivals, conferences, or special events when possible. 

 Once details are agreed upon, we’ll send a booking confirmation email or form to secure your date. This helps us reserve your spot on our ministry calendar.

We’ll provide promo materials (photos, bios, logos, and social media graphics) upon request to help you advertise the event on your platforms and in your church bulletins.
